2. Do you offer next-day delivery?

No, we don’t offer next-day delivery because all our mattresses are made after ordering here. And you know that quality takes time, so we want to make sure every detail is just right. 3. How much are the delivery charges?

Nothing! We offer a completely free delivery within mainland UK. We believe in keeping things simple, so there are no surprise charges. Your order will arrive at your doorstep without any extra costs. That's our little effort to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. But, contact us for details on specific locations before ordering so that we can guide you properly about your location.

4. Can I delay my delivery?

Yes, if you’re not ready for your delivery, you can ask us to hold it. Simply email us at sales@sleepypiglet.co.uk, and we’ll arrange to send your mattress when the timing works better for you.

5. Do the mattresses come with a guarantee?

Yes, all our mattresses come with a guarantee lasting between 5 to 10 years, depending on the product. This guarantee helps you to determine the lifespan of your mattress and ensures that you are getting the best quality product.  However, for specific details, check the product page of your chosen mattress. It will help you to avoid any confusion that may occur during the buying process.

6. Do you have a showroom?

Well, no, we don’t have a showroom; we’re fully online. Because this helps us lower the costs and makes things more convenient for you. So, instead of physical appearance, we offer a 100-night trial so you can test your mattress in the comfort of your home. We believe that’s a better way to see if it’s right for you or not.

7. Do you offer any sort of sleep trial?

Yes, we offer a 100-night trial because we want you to feel confident in your choice. So, you’ll have plenty of time to sleep, relax, and decide if the mattress suits you. If it doesn’t, you can return it. Visit our 100-Night Trial Policy page for all the terms and conditions.

8. How do I know which mattress is right for me?

Well, everyone’s sleep needs are unique, depending on factors like sleeping position, height, and weight.  Therefore, we offer free consultations with our experts, all of whom have more than 5 years of experience. Contact us today and our expert will help you to select the right mattress for you.

9. What if I’m not happy with my mattress?

Don't worry if you’re not satisfied because we offer a 100-night trial. However, keep in mind that you need to try a mattress for a minimum of 30 days before returning it. This is the minimum time your body requires to adjust and get used to a new mattress.

During the trial period, if you decide that the mattress is not meeting your needs or expectations, simply contact our customer service team at  sales@sleepypiglet.co.uk and we’ll arrange for a return and pick up for just a small pickup fee of £60.

11. Do your mattresses come rolled?

No, we don’t roll our mattresses because it compromises their quality and structure. We deliver them traditionally so they arrive in their original shape. This ensures the comfort and durability of your mattress are never compromised, which gives you the best possible sleep experience. Although rolled mattresses are often a cost-saving measure for transportation, but,  we prioritize the quality of our products over any monetary benefit.

12. Do you have mattresses with higher pocket spring counts?

We limit pocket spring counts to 3000 because anything higher usually adds unnecessary mini springs that don’t improve comfort but do increase costs. Our focus is on providing functional, high-quality mattresses that deliver real value, not gimmicks or unnecessary additions.
